A house doesn't hold its age by accident. In districts like these, it holds because someone keeps choosing to do the careful, unglamorous work of keeping it standing the way it was built to stand. That's the job as we see it: not selling a service into a neighbourhood, but taking care of one.
That's the standard every project is held to, whether it's a full heritage restoration or a single repaired step. The area survives by people choosing, project by project, to preserve it rather than replace it. We plan to keep being one of those people.

We work in stone and brick, across the old-Toronto districts that still carry their age honestly: Rosedale, Leaside, the Bridle Path area, Forest Hill, Lawrence Park, Moore Park. We’d rather you judge us by a finished wall than by anything we say about one. That’s not a slogan. It’s how the work has always come to us: neighbour to neighbour, one project standing behind the next.

I come from a third-generation real-estate family, so old buildings were never abstract to me: they were the family business, long before they were mine. I left that world to work hands-on, first as a landscaper and then as a stone mason, across Ontario, British Columbia and Melbourne, Australia, before I started this company. Everything I do now traces back to those years on site, learning the trade with my hands rather than from a desk.
I started this company to do that work properly, in the neighbourhoods where it matters most, where a house's age is part of what makes it worth protecting. That's still the whole job.
